R. Brad Masignill is the founding partner and senior counsel at Masingill Law. Brad alone has over forty years of dedicated trial experience. He is a skilled advocate who puts the rights of his client’s first and foremost. Brad graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1977. His first job as a lawyer was in Weiser, Idaho, with the firm Ryan, Sweet and Masingill. Brad’s partner, Hal Ryan, was appointed to the federal judiciary by then President Ronald Reagan. After that, Brad began practicing law on his own, until he was joined by his two sons, Brandon and Eben. Brad has vast civil litigation experience including issues involving property rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and contested probate actions.
